Increased Sanitization
The Convenience Food Exchange team is working closely with the Marriott Savannah Riverfront on their rigorous safety and cleanliness protocols. Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and hotel operations, the Marriott Cleanliness Council has set the standard for all Marriott hotels. Attendees may visit the Marriott’s Commitment to Clean page for the most recent hotel guest policies.
Responsible Distancing
Based on the venue and local government regulations, where possible, we will adhere to distancing that enables our guests to feel most comfortable.
Enhanced Hygiene
Attendees are encouraged to wash and sanitize their hands frequently. Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the hotel and event spaces. Special attention will be paid to the restrooms and the increased traffic areas.
Direction from Event Staff
We know this is an ever changing situation and adjustments may be needed while onsite. We are asking attendees to adhere to all directions and signage from our EIQ event staff.
Masks
Masks are recommended throughout the event area and at all event related activities.
Our health and safety procedures will be constantly monitored and updated as needed based on CDC guidelines and the current pandemic landscape.
