Mike Rodgers serves as executive vice president, chief technology officer of Pilot Company.

Today, Mike is responsible for leading the strategic direction of Pilot Company’s technology and digital portfolio, including business intelligence, digital products and cyber security. He and his team strive to create a seamless user experience across all modes of business via mobile, desktop and in-store platforms.

Mike has extensive experience spanning finance, information technology and digital solutions. His career began in finance and evolved into digital and emerging technologies. Prior to joining Pilot Company in 2015, Mike served as executive vice president at JC Penny where he oversaw the strategic direction of their digital commerce and customer experience and the strategy and execution of omni-channel. He also served as executive vice president of information technology and operations for Saks Fifth Avenue.

Mike holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Saint Joseph's University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
