Roy Strasburger, is CEO of StrasGlobal (www.strasglobal.com), a retail consulting company based in Austin, Texas. For four decades Roy owned and operated convenience and fuel sites in most of the contiguous US and 33 countries. During that time, he was responsible for operations or management of more than 6,000 sites.
Roy now applies his substantial depth of experience in helping other retailers maximize their opportunities. Roy, and the StrasGlobal team, provide advice on increasing sales, reducing costs, customer service and loyalty programs, staffing issues, inventory control, merchandising and promotions, and crime and theft abatement.
In addition to providing consulting advice, Roy has acted as Receiver in multiple states.
Roy is also President of Compliance Safe (www.compliancesafe.com), a document management software system created to monitor, track, and protect business critical documents along with alert notifications about upcoming renewals.
In addition to StrasGlobal and Compliance Safe, Roy is a co-founder of Vision Group Network (www.tvgsolutions.com), a group of forums where industry leaders discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the retail industry and share their views with the rest of the industry through free Vision Reports.

Roy has had the honor of speaking at numerous industry conferences around the world and is also a regular contributor to several industry publications. He enjoys sharing his expertise regarding the convenience retail and fuel industry as well as his fascination of exploring the intersection of determining a customer’s needs and the opportunity to sell them something.
