Currently the Vice President of Food Service for the Spinx Company in Greenville SC. Bressi’s career in food service has spanned more than three decades. A classically trained chef having graduated from Johnson and Wales University, Bressi has worked in the hotel industry, owned his own fine dining restaurant, taught culinary arts at New England Culinary Institute and Stratford University, and worked in Food Research and Development for elite food companies over the last twenty years. Known among his contemporaries as an innovator and the architect of numerous national food programs, Bressi’s passion for the food industry is truly an inspiration.
