Greg Ekman has spent his entire career in the C-Store industry and has an incredible passion for curating amazing experiences for the store teams that execute high quality Food & Beverage programs every day as well as the guests who enjoy the offerings. Through a focus on creating streamlined and repeatable processes, he firmly believes in the power of simplification and its impact on the ability to scale a program quickly. Today he leads the Thorntons Fresh Food & Proprietary Beverage program at over 215 sites across the Midwest, Tennessee, and Florida.
